CTS Software Integrations
Spreadsheet cleanup inside your software
Integrate CTS into software that receives CSV or Excel files. CTS can scan spreadsheets before they enter another workflow, apply approved safe corrections, and return the corrected file with a structured Change Report.
Pilot integrations are available upon request for select software and platform partners.
Approved pilot partners receive private credentials, controlled usage limits, and a defined test environment.
How it works
- Step 1
Send the spreadsheet
Your platform securely submits a supported CSV or Excel file to CTS.
- Step 2
Run spreadsheet preflight
CTS evaluates spreadsheet readiness and returns a structured issue summary.
- Step 3
Apply approved corrections
CTS applies only supported corrections approved for the selected workflow.
- Step 4
Receive the result
Your platform receives the corrected file, before-and-after readiness results, and a structured Change Report.
Current capabilities
- CSV and XLSX support
- Spreadsheet preflight scans
- Readiness scoring
- Structured issue summaries
- Approved automatic corrections
- Before-and-after readiness results
- Corrected-file return
- Structured Change Reports
- Private test and live partner credentials
- Partner-specific permissions
- Monthly usage controls
- Rate limits
- Original spreadsheet preserved
- No permanent spreadsheet-file storage in the API workflow
CTS supports a defined registry of safe, deterministic corrections. Issues requiring judgment or unsupported transformations remain flagged for review.
Safe automatic corrections
The current API supports a defined set of safe automatic corrections. Supported examples include:
- Removing blank rows
- Removing exact duplicate records where appropriate
- Trimming unnecessary spaces
- Resolving duplicate headers
- Standardizing supported date formats
- Standardizing supported currency formats
Available corrections depend on the selected CTS workflow and the structure of the submitted spreadsheet. CTS does not automatically rewrite ambiguous values or guess at uncertain corrections.
Built for platforms that receive spreadsheets
CTS is designed for workflows where spreadsheet issues create friction before data can move into another system.
- Printing and document platforms
- Accounting and bookkeeping tools
- CRM import workflows
- Payroll and finance systems
- Data-import products
- Operations software
- Internal enterprise workflows
- Platforms that receive customer spreadsheets
Start with a controlled integration pilot
Approved partners can test CTS inside a defined software workflow before moving to a broader production agreement.
An integration pilot may include:
- Private test credentials
- Controlled CSV and Excel usage
- Spreadsheet preflight access
- Approved cleanup access
- Corrected-file return
- Structured Change Reports
- Usage monitoring
- Technical onboarding
- Pilot success review
Pilot scope, usage limits, support, timing, and commercial terms are agreed individually.
Security and data handling
- Partner-specific API credentials
- Scoped endpoint permissions
- Separate test and live environments
- Credential expiration and revocation
- Partner-specific rate limits
- Monthly usage controls
- Original spreadsheet preserved
- Stateless synchronous processing
- Spreadsheet files are not permanently stored in the API workflow
- Operational metadata may be retained for security, support, usage limits, and billing
- Spreadsheet contents, formulas, corrected files, and file output are not stored in API usage records
